Pepper Coral Sea Resort is located in Airlie Beach and includes 102 apartments, restaurant and spa. JHLD was engaged by builder Arrow International to design the landscape and oversee installation of the works. Detailed designs were completed in 2008 with construction completed at the end of 2009.
Scope of works undertaken:
- Extensive consultation with builder, developer and Council.
- Detailed design of all aspects of the landscape.
- Tender and contract administration.
- Procurement of plans and materials
- Project management and oversee installation.
Tongue Point Lookout
