Ozone Whitsundays is located on 65 hectares (161 acres) of land in Airlie Beach, the heart of the Whitsundays.
The project is construction ready and will comprise 53 luxury villas, bar, restaurant, day spa, a stunning conference/wedding facility, native fauna conservation park and rescue facilities. The development is fully approved and an experienced world-class team that is led by AAPC Properties (Accor) and includes WMK architects will deliver the project. It will operate under the MGallery Brand. JHLD was engaged to provide the initial site and existing vegetation analysis and to conceptualise the landscape and fauna park and provide detailed construction documentation. This project is still at the detailed design stage, with construction expected to commence mid to late 2016.
